Torchwood was a spin-off that shocked from the very first episode and included monsters and creatures never seen in mainstream Doctor Who.

With the opening lines from Capt Jack himself, "The 21st century is when everything changes. And Torchwood is ready" (Getting goosebumps yet?)

This delightful design features Harriet Derbyshire who, along with her companion, Gerald Carter, Tommy Brockless and Tosh saved the world from a time kerfuffle. (Bit more complicated than that, but "Spoilers, Sweetie!")
