The Weeping Angels were innovative and terrifying when first encountered them in "Blink!" and one of the most spine-chilling lines from that episode is, "The Angels have the TARDIS."

(Seems innocuous at first glance, but the TARDIS would give the Angels access to all of time and space, unlimited food for an Angel.)
